Death Hunt on Ervoon
by Ray Garton
About the Book:
When we first meet Thom Verku, he's doing what he does best—hunting vespix. Though the large eel-like creatures always provide a challenge, no vespix hunt could ever compare to the adventure he is about to undertake. After being asked to track down a client's runaway wife, Verku and his crew travel to the desolate planet of Ervoon where it doesn't take long for the hunter to become the hunted.
Inspired by the works of authors such as Edgar Rice Burroughs and E.E. "Doc" Smith, Ray Garton's Death Hunt on Ervoon is like nothing you've ever read before. Get ready to encounter songbats, nightmonkeys, vampire snakes and, of course, vespix on this strange new world that only Garton could have dreamed up.
Are you ready for the trip of a lifetime?
Ray Garton is the author of over forty books, including the classic vampire novel Live Girls, the thriller Sex and Violence in Hollywood, the horror novel Scissors, and three short story collections, with two more to come. He also has written a number of young adult novels under the name Joseph Locke.
He lives in far northern California with his wife Dawn and their eight cats, where he is currently at work on his next book, Dismissed from the Front and Center, a comedy about his two years at a Seventh-day Adventist boarding academy.
